FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
What does the treatment include?
The one hour treatment includes:
-The Maya Abdominal Therapy: which consists of a gentle assessment of the uterine findings (where the uterus is located) as well as a gentle assessment of the digestive and elimination organs. The assessment is followed by a simple four step massage which you will learn and be able to perform at home to continue your healing.
-Foot reflexology: which is a gentle stimulation of the reflex areas that mirror an image of the human body on the bottom of the feet.
-Neck balancing sequence: which is a series of relaxation points and holds to release tension in the neck muscles and the back of the head (the sub occipital ridge, which is the birthplace of many headaches).
-A back massage with medium to firm pressure to work out tension and stress with a gentle sacrum stretch, which is beneficial for those with tailbone traumas or who sit frequently in their personal or professional lives.
How long is the treatment and what is the cost of a treatment?
The initial treatment is an hour and a half, which includes a half hour to go over the client intake form (which can be downloaded
here.) The confidential client intake form provides us with information about your body's history. It gives us a chance to see what avenues you have explored or haven't explored for your health and how we can help optimize your health experience with us. The cost of the initial treatment is $110.
The follow up treatments are one hour and they are $75.

Yes, this treatment is non-invasive and works wonderfully in conjunction with other treatments.
Is there anything I can do to prepare for the treatment?
