About Lina Erwin
Infant
Massage Instructor
Born and raised in
northern California, Lina Erwin found her calling for body work
and natural healing when, at age 3, she picked up a reflexology
chart and began weekly sessions on her family and friends. With
her life’s focus identified early, she has dedicated herself
to pursuing her advanced training in several healing modalities.
Professionally, Lina Erwin has worked both in a spa setting
and in private practice, specializing in helping senior citizens.
Lina’s
interest in working with infants began at a young age with
babysitting on the weekends and teaching infant swim classes
during the summertime. It was not until later when she became
a massage therapist and traveled throughout the world that
she observed mothers from other countries massaging their
young children. This is in contrast to parents in United States,
who do not routinely massage their babies. Knowing how adults
benefit in so many ways and on so many levels from massage
and human touch, Lina decided to extend the benefits to her
little clients and their parents.
Lina’s interests
include traveling, art, hiking, drumming, music and dancing,
and learning about the human body. She is proficient in Spanish.
